Click on “folder” and “search options”.search options3. it claims to be downloading but no matter how long I leave it, it just sits at 0%. I had chalked this up to being an overload of the MS servers during the time and that still may be true. I believe the problem started when they started pushing Windows Update updates, primarily for Windows 10 and I think one or two may have slipped through.
