It really works! To format the disk, click OK. solved I cant see my WD eternal Hard Drive on my computer but it is in my device manager. I don't know what to do.

Disk 1 has 3 partitions, H, I, and J. It did work on my previous laptop and I always remove the drive safely. Click Advanced->Owner tab. however the onboard USB is old and a few crashed.
