While searching by the "DisableSelectiveSuspend" string, I found the HcDisableSelectiveSuspend value and where i am seeing the value is already set to 1. Try the above first, anytime you have something screwy happening that does not respond to simply restarting. Computer updated, then nothing. I tried some stuff in another post and it did not work.
