Getting Random BSODs
OP: I'm not sure what the problem could be then. I appreciate the advice and suggestions I've received here. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. I would run memtest again on one stick alternately (if there are 2 or more) just to make sure or use the computer directly in windows to check the difference. 0x0000001e So i'm still not sure what's wrong! When it opens, look for any red circles with white X's. SP1. 1,234 posts FYI...
Ok, so far I have done 2 out of the 3 things you mentioned. System Thread Exception Not Handled well I downloaded it and it lists 2 crashes. There is no mention of XMP settings, I guessing being an "uncostly FM2+ solution", that it doesn't come with that feature. Also @Player177 it hasn't really happened while gaming.

Again, since its highly unlikely a windows system service has such a bad memory related error, that means some sort of memory corruption is going on. But sometimes it'll crash and won't tell you the driver. If a known good stick fails in a motherboard slot it is probably the slot. Good luck!
The best mode for troubleshooting any of this, is usually via the same method. you mean the folder thats highlighted in the picture, what about the one underneath it? It will tell you which they are in your Programs and Features when you highlight them for uninstall. That would indicate a possible memory related problem...If memtest acts up, you can use the Prime95 Blend test to much the same effect.
