What finally helped was: I had to buy an active displayport->DVI adapter ( NOT a cheap passive one ). However today I unplugged one of the monitors for a test. First, save your docked layout as a new Monitor Profile. That way they will definitely be in the correct position after restoring on all systems. Check This Out
