From windows 8 you can revert back to windows 7. You need to find the Windows folder on one of the drives, this is the OS disk. So I switch the boot order to select the OS. Incorrect BCD entries will mess up bitlocker. After a bit of searching, I encounter Microsoft KB 929834, which does absolutely nothing for me.  I also encounter references to BootIt NG, which doesn't seem to like Windows x64.
