At this point, the problem is either with my mobo or my installation of Windows. I had already done this once, but before it didn't seem to fix anything. Anyway, it's always dxgkrnl.sys that causes the bsod's, and I'm assuming that's some sort of DirectX graphics driver. Go to this Intel link, and manually ( do not use the Intel Driver Update Utility) find the latest graphics driver for your laptop, as pictured. his comment is here

Older versions will also do. You will most likely see the slow loading vanish. If not, uninstall it, reboot, then install the new version. I eventually booted into Safe Mode and disabled it from running.

And you may assume that it is Microsoft EMET causing the problem, because the browser is running through EMET. For the 460/560 family, your best bet is good system imaging and/or rolling back to driver 314.22, which works well. to figure out the problem I had to get a kernel mode memory dump, then run the windows debugger command!idt interrupt dispatch table. You should be able to install Nvidia drivers from Nvidia, but I would think they wouldn't work right. I have included a link to an image that has a simple breakdown of the minidumps generated. The only thing in common is that you probably have one of the 460-560 family cards and that the problem occurs with Nvidia driver version above 314.22.
